Android App will Block the Third-Party Apps if it Choses Customized Sharing Options
Google is streamlining the process its users share connections, images, & videos during applications in Android 12 by reducing third-party apps from displacing the native Android Sharesheet, according to a report.
Android Sharesheet is the pop-up list that emerges from the back of the displays to enable users to share knowledge (links, images, videos, memes) by various applications situated on a handset. The UI of the Android Sharesheet varies from app to app. The statement states this is just because Google did not expect UI flexibility for the Sharesheet up continuously presently.
Android 11 users can get quite complex sharing lists beyond apps. Those who require the identical sharing menu on every app can install third-party applications like Shared to bypass the Android Sharesheet UI entirely. But Android 12 will have a regular sharing table beyond apps, which also indicates that third-party applications like Shared won't be entitled to restore the Android Sharesheet UI, as per the report by XDADevelopers.
The statement declares that the system on Android 12 did not dispense the immediate to choose between Shared as well as the Android Sharesheet and initiated the Android Sharesheet by negligence, which suggests that Google is not supporting third-party application in Android 12 from displacing the prior Sharesheet.
